Francesco Garraffo Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Business Economics and Management with fifteen years of Academic experience in teaching and carrying out research at the Department of Business Economics and Management – University of Catania – Italy. 

Teaching experience in Italy, University of Catania and United States, University of Florida, Warrington College of Business Administration - Hough Graduate School, in undergraduate and post-graduate courses on: Strategic Management, Marketing Management, International Marketing Management, Service Management, Global Strategic Management, Operation Management. Coordinator of Master in Marketing Management and Master in Business Administration in 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 - University of Catania. Sponsor of the StageLab Program in the Bachelor degree in Business Administration
